Unit B is a one bedroom, one bath with a super spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, spacious closet, two night stands, large mirrored dresser and seating area. This unit has a newly renovated bathroom with a granite countertop and newly tiled shower (no tub) that is quite luxurious.

It has a living area with a full size futon sofa for extra sleeping space if needed, a dining table (seats 2), a flat screen television and a small kitchen desk area (for 1). The kitchen is updated and spacious with a refrigerator, freezer and a stove.

There is a small deck/porch area for the use of guests of this unit with a table and two chairs for a relaxing cup of tea, a cocktail or reading and relaxing among the tropical overhanging foliage. 

The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, appliances, dish and glassware that you will need during your stay. All bed linens and bedspreads are included with the rental. All bath, hand and kitchen towels, soaps, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels are provided. We also provide a coffee maker, blow dryer, iron, grill, cable TV and free secure wireless Internet for our guests.
 
There are beach towels and beach chairs available for the use of our guests. Bikes and DVD players are available by request on a first come-first served basis.
